I love software that's simple, fast and respects its users. I care about minimal design over feature bloat, and privacy over convenience whenever possible.
That philosophy is what led me to build Aham - a cross-platform journaling app built with React Native that works completely offline. No accounts, no cloud sync, no subscriptions. It respects your privacy by not even trying to connect to the internet.
I'm usually trying to beat the Najdorf opening with white, hacking on side projects, thinking about systems design, or chasing down a rabbit hole interesting enough to spend a weekend on.
Before software completely took over my life, I played chess competitively and picked up six medals at the national and zonal level, including a CBSE South Zone Gold and two CBSE National Silvers. The board taught me more about patience and pattern recognition than any textbook ever did.
